Oppreva Araber has been breeding arabians for the past 40 years.
We are on an international scale a relative small operation, but here in Sweden, we are more a medium size farm. We train horses for show and usually show 8-10 horses around Scandinavia every year. Our expertice is show horses but we also train horses for performance.

Our own stallion KULAK was named Swedish National Champion for the second time in 2003, the first time was in -95.
Also this time he had the highest score at the show! We are also very proud of the fact that he has three times been "Best in Show"!
Kulak is a son of the famous Etat, now standing in Argentina. He's mother is the beautiful Aswan-daughter Kura, bought at Tersk in 1983.

 

During the past years we have leased exciting stallions from outside Scandinavia with international bloodlines.

For 2010 we are happy to have MPA GIULIANI (MPA Giovanni-RoharaWhispers by Padrons Psyche), own by Rhodri Jones and partners, UK. MPA Giuliani was Bristish National Jr Champion-09. 

 

2009 we had ADAWY (Borneo-Ashiqa by Crusader) on lease from Emma Maxwell, UK. We are expecting 4 foals by Adawy in 2010.During 2008 we had for the second time World Champion Res. EL AMIN for lease. Owner is Swatam Arabians, Belgium.

The year 2007  we leased  the Int. Champ stallion  EMILIUSZ by Laheeb out of Emocja from ETC in Belgium. While standing in Sweden he became Swedish National Champion also scoring the highest point at the show!

In 2006 Oppreva  leased  another top stallion  from Swatam Arabians, CE MAGNUM by Magnum Psyche.

Other great  stallion that has been standing at Oppreva Araber in recent years is multi champion AJA SANAGOR by FS Bengali and British Nat. Champion FFATAL ATTRACTION by Sanadik El Shaklan.

 

We are very proud for having the great fortune to have bred 4  Swedish National champion fillies for the past 4 years, by above mentioned stallions. 2004 JB Ffemme Ffatale by Ffatal Attraction out of Waliza. 2005 JB Psynderella by CE Magnum out of Estetica and 2006 JB Wizcaya by Aja Sanagor out of  Waliza . JB Wiscaya was also awarded Best in Show at the Sw. Nationals.

And the most recent win,  2007 is JB Prizcilla by El Amin out of Estetica. JB Prizcilla was also awarded Best in Show

at the Swedish Nationals.

Also worth mentioning is that onother yearling filly 2007 JB Veronicaa,  became Finnish National Champion Filly & Best in Show.

JB Veronicaa is by El Amin out of Waliza.

For 2009 we are expecting 5 foals by EL AMIN. So far we have been so lucky to have gotten 3 beautiful fillies!

Our goal here at Oppreva is to breed very typy arabians with good confirmation and balance and last but not least good temperament. In conclusion on that our motto is three T’s , Type, Trot and Temperament. It is very important to us that the horses we breed have a temperament, that makes it possible for all people, also those who are not necessarily expert horsemen and women, to be able to ride and enjoy the beautiful alround horse that the arabian is.
